- Cloudflare Workers (processing): Your form submission is processed by a Cloudflare Worker. Cloudflare is headquartered in the United States and maintains data processing agreements that include EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- Notion (storage): Your contact information is stored in a Notion database used as our CRM. Notion, Inc. is based in the United States and has committed to EU SCCs for international data transfers.
- Resend (email delivery): Confirmation emails are sent via Resend. Resend processes your email address solely for delivery purposes.
All international data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the European Commission.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for the duration of any business relationship, plus 3 years after the last interaction. After this period, your data will be deleted or anonymised.
If you never engage with us beyond the initial inquiry, your data will be retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of submission.
6. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies:
- tarteaucitron: Stores your cookie consent preferences. This is a technical cookie required for the cookie consent banner to function. Duration: 12 months.
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking technology.
7. Third-Party Services
Our website loads all resources (fonts, icons, stylesheets) from our own servers. We do not load any resources from third-party CDNs or external services during normal browsing. No data is transmitted to third parties until you explicitly submit a form.
